These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of getpricepulse.appand any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by PricePulse (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

PricePulse is a price comparison platform that aggregates publicly available retail pricing information from third-party websites and APIs. We help users compare product prices across multiple retailers and countries, set price drop alerts, and track price trends.

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. We are not a retailer; we do not sell products, process transactions, or guarantee product availability.

Prices displayed on PricePulse are for informational purposes only. We retrieve pricing data from third-party sources that may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We make no warranty that prices are current, accurate, or available at the time of purchase.

Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before completing a purchase. PricePulse is not responsible for price discrepancies between our display and the retailer's actual price.

Exchange rates are sourced from the European Central Bank via Frankfurter and may differ from rates applied by retailers or payment processors.

You may use the basic search features of PricePulse without an account. Certain features (such as saving price alerts) may require you to create an account or provide your email address.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating an account
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we suspect are being used fraudulently.

By providing your email address to receive price alerts, you consent to receiving transactional emails from PricePulse when prices meet your specified criteria.

Price alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee delivery timeliness or that the price will still be available when you receive the alert. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any alert email or at getpricepulse.app/unsubscribe.

PricePulse offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (“Pro” and “Business”). Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

• Free trial: Where offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. Contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
• Price changes:We will give 30 days' notice of any subscription price changes.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to make requests to the Service
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Reproduce, duplicate, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission
• Submit false or misleading information, including fake email addresses for alert registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these conditions, without notice.

All content, branding, software, and design on PricePulse (excluding third-party retail data) is owned by or licensed to PricePulse and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Retailer names, logos, and product information remain the property of their respective owners. PricePulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer listed on the platform.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PricePulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or financial losses resulting from purchasing decisions made based on price information displayed on the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to PricePulse in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service contains links to third-party retailers and websites. These links are provided for your convenience. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting a linked retailer is at your own risk and subject to that retailer's own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email (where we have your address) and by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use PricePulse. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service or make any purchases. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly. Contact [email protected] if you believe a minor has submitted their information.

If you believe that content on PricePulse infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent including: (i) identification of the copyrighted work; (ii) identification of the infringing material; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement of good-faith belief; and (v) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
